ASSIGNMENT ISSUES. The Collaboration Forum will also deal with contractual issues between the Riksbank and Statistics Sweden. This may relater to issue concerning the booking of resources, the management of contracts and IT development. It may, for example, concern legal issues that need to be discussed with the authorities' lawyers or disputes about the interpretation or application of this agreement and other contracts that the authorities have signed. In cases where the parties cannot reach agreement, issues will be raised from the operational level to the Collaboration Forum and thereafter to the Director General and the Governor. The following documents may constitute background material - concretisation of the operational plan for the year and long-term development work – based on the meeting between the Director General and the Governor - status reports from the respective areas - status reports from specific development projects - planning and status reports on the joint competence strategy, the recruitment situation and joint competence issues - status reports regarding international cooperation - status reports from Statistics Sweden/the Riksbank regarding relevant responsibilities for statistics - business intelligence linked to user needs for statistics Cooperation at the operational level Statistics Sweden is currently producing statistics on behalf of the Riksbank in three areas: financial market statistics, balance of payments statistics (including international trade in services) and securities statistics. The assignments are regulated by agreements in the respective areas. Ahead of each new year of operations, the ongoing production work is planned and priorities are set for the development work, which may result in revisions to the agreements. Each assignment is followed up on a quarterly basis with a focus on the ongoing production of statistics, and important events and quality issues are highlighted. The deliveries made within the framework of the assignment, mainly to international organisations, are also reviewed and checked. Ahead of the quarterly meetings, Statistics Sweden compiles a quarterly report describing these various components which, together with other compilations, forms the basis for the Riksbank's internal follow-up of the quality of the statistical work.   • Assignment and Enurement Neither this Agreement nor any right or obligation under this Agreement may be assigned by any Party without the prior consent of the other Parties. This Agreement enures to the benefit of and is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Assignment to Lenders Interconnection Customer may, without the consent of the Transmission Provider or the Interconnected Transmission Owner, assign the Interconnection Service Agreement to any Project Finance Entity(ies), provided that such assignment does not alter or diminish Interconnection Customer’s duties and obligations under this Interconnection Service Agreement. If Interconnection Customer provides the Interconnected Transmission Owner with notice of an assignment to any Project Finance Entity(ies) and identifies such Project Finance Entities as contacts for notice purposes pursuant to Section 21 of this Appendix 2, the Transmission Provider or Interconnected Transmission Owner shall provide notice and reasonable opportunity for such entity(ies) to cure any Breach under this Interconnection Service Agreement in accordance with this Interconnection Service Agreement. Transmission Provider or Interconnected Transmission Owner shall, if requested by such lenders, provide such customary and reasonable documents, including consents to assignment, as may be reasonably requested with respect to the assignment and status of the Interconnection Service Agreement, provided that such documents do not alter or diminish the rights of the Transmission Provider or Interconnected Transmission Owner under this Interconnection Service Agreement, except with respect to providing notice of Breach to a Project Finance Entity. Upon presentation of the Transmission Provider and/or the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s invoice therefor, Interconnection Customer shall pay the Transmission Provider and/or the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s reasonable documented cost of providing such documents and certificates. Any assignment described herein shall not relieve or discharge the Interconnection Customer from any of its obligations hereunder absent the written consent of the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • SUBLET/ASSIGNMENT The Lessee may not transfer or assign this Lease, or any right or interest hereunder or sublet said leased Premises or any part thereof without first obtaining the prior written consent and approval of the Lessor.

The rights and protections of the Company hereunder shall extend to any successors or assigns of the Company and to the Company’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates. This Agreement may be assigned by the Company without the Participant’s consent.
