Assignments to Positions Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) The assignment of nurses for any position not covered by this Agreement, shall be subject to a trial period of ninety (90) calendar days, extendable to one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days upon written notice to the nurse prior to the expiry of the original ninety (90) calendar days. At any time during the trial period the nurse shall have the right to return to her former position without loss of seniority.
