Assistance to Retirees. The AGENCY shall pay a retiring employee all benefits prior to the release of his/her claims from the Department of Budget and Management and assist in the facilitation of the release of his/her retirement pay and other benefits from the GSIS or other government agencies. The AGENCY shall also grant a retiring employee/member regardless of rank and position any cash entitlement indicated in the PRAISE program/budget in recognition of the retiree’s loyal service to the Agency.
