ASSOCIATION/BOARD RELATIONS. 4.1 Association business which involves a called meeting of the general membership shall be conducted before the beginning of or following the conclusion of the usual duty day for teachers. Association business which involves a school unit of the Association shall be conducted before the beginning of the duty day or following the dismissal of students. Such meeting must not interfere with the normal, orderly conduct of the schools and may be held in the school building without charge. The Association or its representatives will make arrangements for meeting space and time with the principal of the building in question.
