ASSOCIATION/BOARD RELATIONS. 3.1 Upon ratification, the negotiated agreement shall be made available to members. 3.2 The Association may use school facilities for meetings at reasonable times when such facilities are not otherwise in use. The Association will contact the appropriate administrator to schedule the use of school facilities. 3.3 The Association may use the interschool courier, central office mailboxes and electronic communication devices for the distribution of its newsletter and for membership material. Other materials which have been approved by the Superintendent and/or designee may also be distributed.
