Common use of Association Meeting Space Clause in Contracts

Association Meeting Space. The Association may utilize the Medical Center Auditorium or otheran available room at the Medical Center for official Association meetings of Medical Center nurses in the bargaining unit, confined to contract negotiation and administration matters, subject to advance scheduling and availability, for up to twelve (12) meetings a year. Any nurse who so desires shall be entitled to attend such meetings during nonworking time.
