Association Meetings at the Hospital. The Association may hold 21 bargaining unit meetings in the Facility to deal with matters related to the administration 22 of this Agreement by scheduling such meetings with the appropriate scheduling office at 23 mutually agreeable times and places. The Association will give ARRMC reasonable 24 advance notice of scheduled Association meetings at the Facility. Normally such 25 meetings will not be conducted in nursing unit lunch rooms or break rooms. 26 Effective May 28, 2008, the Association may place easels with signs indicating the 27 location of ONA meetings and activities at the Hospital, at the Hospital entry points and 28 at meeting locations. 29

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Association Membership In accordance with applicable laws, the Employer/Appointing Authority shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising his/her right to join or not to join the Association, or participate in an official capacity on behalf of the Association, which is in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.   • Board of Trustees Meetings The Association President and each Campus Association President shall be sent advance notices and agendas of the Board of Trustees meetings and shall also be provided copies of the minutes.

  • General Meetings 19. The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
