Lunch Rooms Sample Clauses

Lunch Rooms. The Company, where possible shall provide lunch rooms that are clean and adequate for its employees and Owner Operators at its terminals where such lunch rooms would be used by employees and/or Owner Operators. Such lunchrooms must have a working and clean refrigerator along with a clean and working microwave oven. Lunchrooms must have a supply of hand towels available for hand drying.

Lunch Rooms. The Employer will continue to provide reasonable accommodations for meals and rest periods at each site.

Lunch Rooms. Section The Company agrees to maintain in its terminals and depots, adequate, clean, sanitary washrooms having hot and cold running water and with toilet facilities. In addition, there shall be provided adequate lunch rooms.

Lunch Rooms. A heated lunch room and women's and men's change rooms shall be provided for employees for drying cloths, and changing clothes. The lunch and change rooms shall have tables and benches, and provision for drying clothes. Such lunch and change rooms shall have windows and venting with adequate lighting and provision for continuous heat twenty-four (24) hours a day. The lunch and change rooms shall be cleaned on each working shift and kept cleared of working materials and other construction paraphernalia. Lunch rooms shall provide enough room for all the workers to be seated at a table for lunch. On highway grade work, lunch rooms may not be provided.

Lunch Rooms. Lunch rooms or lunch areas separate from the processing, packing or supply rooms shall be provided in establishments where employees eat their lunches.

Lunch Rooms. When the Company requires the use of the lunch room, they will provide an alternate area for employees’ to utilize.
