Association Membership and Activities. The Agency and the Association agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws with respect to eligibility for membership and participation in the Association for nurses employed or to become employed in job classifications covered by this Agreement. The parties further agree that there shall be no discrimination by either party against any nurse on account of membership or non-membership or lawful activity in respect to the Association.
