Common use of Association Membership and Activities Clause in Contracts

Association Membership and Activities. The Medical Center will not discriminate against any nurse on account of lawful activity on behalf of the Association, provided however that the parties understand that any Association activity must not interfere with normal Medical Center routine, the nurse’s duties or those of other Medical Center employees. Neither party will discriminate against any nurse on account of membership or non-membership in the Association.
