Common use of Association Membership and Activities Clause in Contracts

Association Membership and Activities. There shall be no 11 discrimination by the Hospital against any nurse on account of membership in or lawful 12 activity on behalf of the Association, provided it does not interfere with normal Hospital 13 routine or the nurse's duties or those of other Hospital employees.
