Common use of Association Membership and Activities Clause in Contracts

Association Membership and Activities. The Medical Center and the 23 Association agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws with respect to 24 eligibility for membership and participation in the Association for nurses employed or to 25 become employed in job classifications covered by this Agreement. The parties further 26 agree that there shall be no discrimination by either party against any nurse on account 27 of membership or non-membership or lawful activity in respect to the Association.
