Common use of Association Membership and Activities Clause in Contracts

Association Membership and Activities. The Employer and the Association agree not to discriminate against any nurse on the basis of membership or non-membership in the Association, or on the basis of any lawful activity on behalf of or opposed to the Association, provided such activities do not interfere with normal Employer routine or the duties of the nurse or with the duties of other persons working in the medical center.
