Common use of Association Officials Clause in Contracts

Association Officials. The Association agrees to provide written notification to the County within seven (7) days following election or selection of Association representatives or other Association officials to enforce the Contract. The County agrees to advise the Association of the proper officials assigned to handle personnel matters involving the Association.
