There shall be no deduction from a part-time nurse in a month in which the nurse does not work. 7.03 The Association shall notify the Employer in writing of any changes in the amount of such regular Association dues at least one month prior to the effective date of such change. 7.04 The Employer will send to the Association monthly, its cheque for the dues so deducted, along with the list of the names and amount of such deductions for each nurse. 7.03 The amount of the regular monthly dues shall be those authorized by the Association and the Vice-President, Finance of the Association shall notify the Employer in writing of any changes in therein and such notification shall be the amount of such regular Association dues at least one month prior Employer’s conclusive authority to make the effective date of such changededuction specified.
7.04 In consideration of the deducting and forwarding of Association dues by the Employer, the Association agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Employer against any claims for liabilities arising or resulting from the operation of this Article.
7.05 The amounts deducted under this Article shall be remitted monthly to the Vice- President, Finance. In remitting such dues, the Employer shall provide a list of nurses from whom deductions were made, including their social insurance numbers. The Employer will send to shall also provide the Association monthlyjob classification, its cheque for the dues so deducted, along with the list and status of the names and amount of such deductions for each nursenurses. The list shall show also include deletions and additions from the preceding month highlighting new hires, resignations, terminations, new hires, commencement and/or termination dates unpaid leave of absence of greater than one (1) month and returns from leaves of absence in excess of thirty days, and the social insurance numberabsence. A copy of this list will be sent concurrently to the Bargaining Unit President.
7.05 The Association shall indemnify and save President of the Employer harmless from any claims from nurses as a result of dues having been collected in accordance with the terms of this agreementlocal Union.
7.06 It is understood and agreed The Employer agrees that an officer of the Association or a Nurse Representative shall be allowed a reasonable period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes during regular working hours to interview newly employed nurses during their probationary period. During such interview, membership forms may be provided to the nurse. These interviews shall be scheduled in advance, at the start of the day, by the Employer has the responsibility for the deduction of duesand may be arranged collectively. The Nurse Representative shall incorporate this time into her normal daily activities.
7.07 The A copy of this Collective Agreement shall be issued by the Employer shall provide to each nurse with a T4 slip, showing the dues deducted in the previous year for income tax purposes employ of the Employer and a duly completed to each nurse employed during the term of this Agreement and signed T2200 slip.
7.08 thereafter within six (6) weeks of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Employer will co-operate in the provision cost of access preparing such copies shall be borne equally by the Association to Employer and the system by providing a mailbox for ONA, for the sole purpose of notification of members regarding Association related matters. No nurse will be reprimanded for leaving a message on a nurse’(s) or team’s voice mail when such message pertains to notification regarding Association related matters. The Association shall abide by the procedures established for the system. There shall be no additional cost to the EmployerAssociation.

ASSOCIATION SECURITY. 7.01 The Employer will deduct from each nurse covered by this agreement an amount equal to the regular monthly Association dues designated by ONA.
