NOTICE OF RECOGNIZED ASSOCIATION. When a person is hired into a classification represented by the Association, the County shall notify such person(s) that the Association is the exclusive recognized bargaining agent for the employees in said representation unit and provide such person(s) with enrollment materials supplied by the Association for the sole purpose of joining the Association and effecting payroll dues deductions.

NOTICE OF RECOGNIZED ASSOCIATION. The Sheriff's Office shall post within the employee work or rest area a written notice which sets forth the classifications included within each representation unit referred to in Section 1. hereof and which includes any classification existing in the Sheriff's Office, and the name and address of the recognized employee organization for each such unit. The Sheriff’s Office shall also give a written notice to persons newly employed in representation unit classifications, which notice shall contain the name and address of the employee organization recognized for such unit; the fact that the Association is the exclusive bargaining representative for the employee's unit and classification; and a copy of the current Memorandum of Understanding to be supplied by the Association. The Association agrees that it has a duty to provide fair and non-discriminatory representation to all employees in all classes of the units for which this Section is applicable, provided the employee pays Association dues, a service fee or a charitable contribution.

NOTICE OF RECOGNIZED ASSOCIATION. The Police Department ("Department") shall give written notice to persons newly employed in the classifications set out in Section 1.01, which shall contain the name and address of the Member organization recognized by the City as the exclusive bargaining agent for the Association. CIR/XXXX agrees that it has a duty to provide fair and non-discriminatory representation to all employees in all classes of the unit for which this Article is applicable provided the employee pays CIR/SEIU dues, a service fee, or a charitable contribution.

(Recognition) hereof and which includes any classification existing in the Office of the District Attorney, and the name and address of the recognized employee organization for each such unit. The Office of the District Attorney shall also give a written notice to persons newly employed in representation unit classifications, which notice shall contain the name and address of the employee organization recognized for such unit; the fact that the Association is‌ the exclusive bargaining representative for the employee's unit and classification; and a copy of the current MOU to be supplied by the Association. The Association agrees that it has a duty to provide fair and non-discriminatory representation to all employees in all classes of the units for which this Section 3. (Association Security) is applicable.
NOTICE OF RECOGNIZED ASSOCIATION. The County shall provide a written notice to persons newly employed in the Unit that the Management Association is the exclusive bargaining representative for the employee’s unit and classification; and the County shall also notify the employee that a current copy of the MOU can be obtained from the County Human Resources website under Labor Contracts.

When a person is hired into a classification represented by the Union, the Sheriff’s Department shall provide such person(s) with enrollment materials supplied by the Union for the sole purpose of joining the Union and effecting payroll dues deductions. b. The Sheriff shall allow the Union to post within the employee work or rest areas, a notice that sets forth the classifications within each representation unit. The County shall also give a written notice to the Union containing the names and addresses of all persons newly employed within the representation unit within thirty (30) calendar days from the beginning of their employment.
