In consideration of the deducting and forwarding of *Association dues by the Hospital, the Association agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Hospital against any claims or liabilities arising or resulting from the operation of this Article. The Hospital agrees that an officer of the Association or nurse nurse-representative shall be allowed a reasonable period during regular working hours to interview newly hired nurses during their probationary period.
