Audiovisual Equipment. If audiovisual machines are used, they must run without lecture or speaker noise reaching beyond ten (10) feet of exhibit and must be placed in exhibit space so that spectators will not block aisle.
Audiovisual Equipment. Use of Center audiovisual equipment must be approved in advance. Equipment training and assistance will be provided. Group representatives must make arrangements for training in advance of their function.

Depending upon availability, User may use Library audiovisual equipment provided that it is requested no less than seven (7) days in advance and user understands that Library staff may not be available to provide technological assistance during or for the duration of the time of user’s event, meeting, or gathering. Audiovisual Equipment. PIHRA requires all presenters choosing to use audiovisual to develop PowerPoint Presentations. A windows-based laptop, slide advancer, projector and microphone will be provided in each session room.

Special requests must be approved in advance by ACTO and are not guaranteed. Depending on your request, you may need to pay an additional fee.

Child Start Meeting Rooms are fully equipped to offer technical support for presentations, workshops, etc. Audiovisual equipment is available to be used by outside groups for a fee. Please refer to our current fee schedule for cost. Groups may use their own equipment provided Child Start network and / or audiovisual systems are not compromised. Child Start Computer Operations must be consulted before approval is granted for outside equipment to be used. Denial of Meeting Room Privileges No group will be permitted use of a meeting room if that use poses a potential disturbance to the normal operation of Child Start (e.g. excessive noise, a safety hazard, or a significant security risk). Child Start Director may also deny the use of meeting rooms to groups that violate meeting room policies.

Client is responsible for providing the following audiovisual equipment: • One (1) wireless lavaliere microphone (for audiences of 40+). • LCD/Video projector connected to a computer with a USB drive. • 2 Flipcharts with sticky backs and markers. • Remote clicker for a PowerPoint presentation. • Stool and small table or commercial music stand for Facilitator and Facilitator's notes.

Audiovisual equipment that will enable Exhibitors to show manufacturing processes and similar matters may be used providing the users adhere strictly to the following provisions: The machines must be self-contained, fireproof, acceptable to the Music City Center in Nashville, TN, Fire Management Plan, and safe in every detail; the sound must be kept at a volume not to exceed that of normal conversations, 80 decibels; it must not interfere with neighboring Exhibitors, and must be devoted exclusively to the business of the Exhibitor; the operator must be in the space, not in the aisle; the film and/or tape must be approved by the Music City Center in Nashville, TN, Fire Management Plan.
