AV Equipment. Any electronic equipment that is brought into the building must be PAT certified (Portable Appliance Tested) is the client’s responsibility to ensure functionality with our equipment. We do not allow additional speakers or amplification.
AV Equipment. The Manhattan has a projection screen available at no charge. If you need an LCD Projector the rental cost is: $50.00+. You are welcome to bring in your own equipment. We ask that you please inform management what you will be bringing in, so that we may accommodate you with a table, etc. for set up.
AV Equipment. The Techniplex Conference Center provides basic audio/visual equipment. All other needs can be met by our partner Xxxxxx Audio Visual. Please contact Xxxxxx Audio Visual for your needs including, set-up during your scheduled meeting time and technical support. Techniplex will not supply technical support before or during your event. The User may use their own A/V equipment as well as meeting supplies. Users are responsible for set-up, tear down and technical support.
AV Equipment. There is a variety of equipment available to facilitate your meetings and events including wireless internet, conference phone, projectors, and a sound system. There are a number of important things you need to know before showing a presentation using the DWR Center AV system.
AV Equipment. ▪ The use of existing AV equipment within the spaces might be made available to the client, provided that the equipment’s operator is previously approved by the DCAA event manager. ▪ No other AV equipment is available for the client's use; if AV systems are required they will need to arranged via an external vendor.
AV Equipment. A projector, screen, and sound system are available in Village Hall. The City of Xxxxxx does not provide laptops, laptop cords, connections, extensions cords, converters, and so on. Please schedule a time to test the equipment PRIOR to the event.
AV Equipment. All AV equipment must not be removed from the Facility is to be put away as directed or returned to the Facility Manager.
AV Equipment. All Audio and Video equipment that is permanently installed may be used with and under the direction of the Provider. All other equipment needs must be pre-arranged with outside sources. Provider does not maintain a full time technical/electronic support staff. Users are highly encouraged to test the compatibility of their utilities (Laptops, music, etc.) before their event. Provider will not be held responsible for malfunctioning equipment, either the User’s or the Provider's. Any questions regarding AV equipment functionality or operation should be directed to Provider before the scheduled event. All food, beverage and alcohol arrangements are the responsibility of the User. All alcoholic vendors must have liability insurance. Proof of insurance must be given to the Facilities Coordinator two (2) weeks prior to the event. Additional cost of security, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the User. The laws and regulations of the State of Kansas pertaining to alcohol and the consumption of alcohol shall apply to all activities at Provider’s facilities.
AV Equipment. Amplifier, AM/FM tuner, Blueray player, CCTV cameras and controllers, CD Player, CD changer, DAB tuner, DVD player, music storage devices, speakers, stereo, television antenna, television sets, satellite TV system (KVH TracVision or similar) TV lift mechanism including motors, controllers, switch panels, remote controls, wiring harnesses, and limit switches.
AV Equipment. The Conference Center has a projector installed on each side. Microphones are available in Conference Room A. They are not necessary in Conference Room B. The equipment is part of the rental fee. You will need to provide your own laptop and you will need to provide a technician if necessary.
