AV Equipment. Any electronic equipment that is brought into the building must be PAT certified (Portable Appliance Tested) is the client’s responsibility to ensure functionality with our equipment. We do not allow additional speakers or amplification.
AV Equipment. ▪ The use of existing AV equipment within the spaces might be made available to the client, provided that the equipment’s operator is previously approved by the DCAA event manager. ▪ No other AV equipment is available for the client's use; if AV systems are required they will need to arranged via an external vendor.
AV Equipment. The Techniplex Conference Center provides basic audio/visual equipment. All other needs can be met by our partner Xxxxxx Audio Visual. Please contact Xxxxxx Audio Visual for your needs including, set-up during your scheduled meeting time and technical support. Techniplex will not supply technical support before or during your event. The User may use their own A/V equipment as well as meeting supplies. Users are responsible for set-up, tear down and technical support. Available Equipment
AV Equipment. The Manhattan has a projection screen available at no charge. If you need an LCD Projector the rental cost is: $50.00+. You are welcome to bring in your own equipment. We ask that you please inform management what you will be bringing in, so that we may accommodate you with a table, etc. for set up.

There are a number of important things you need to know before showing a presentation using the DWR Center AV system. • Please remember to reserve the AV equipment when you book the room(s). • Please arrive at least half an hour before your meeting/presentation to test all equipment, and make sure your room reservation covers this additional setup time. If your presentation is after hours or on the weekend, please schedule an appointment with Parasol Staff for training and/or to test all equipment (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm). • The Community Foundation does not have IT technicians on site. You are responsible for scheduling training and for testing equipment prior to your presentation. • Instructions on how to use the equipment are located next to the iPad in the Board Room, Meiling Room and Xxxxx Room. • The best way to project your presentation is to use the Community Foundation’s equipment and bring your presentation on a USB drive. • The sound systems should not be used in a manor that constitutes a nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to the Community Foundation, Resident Organizations or other DWR Center users. • Equipment must be properly locked in the designated AV cabinet when you are finished. • Equipment may not be taken out of the building. • If equipment is lost or damaged, you will be charged the replacement value.

A nominal fee will be charged for this service. Outside equipment is allowed only with prior approval from a Ruffino’s Representative. All audio-visual needs must be advised of no less than 48 hours prior to the event start.

Amplifier, AM/FM tuner, Blueray player, CCTV cameras and controllers, CD Player, CD changer, DAB tuner, DVD player, music storage devices, speakers, stereo, television antenna, television sets, satellite TV system (KVH TracVision or similar) TV lift mechanism including motors, controllers, switch panels, remote controls, wiring harnesses, and limit switches.
