Audits, Reporting and Data Retention. (a) Xxxxxxx Mac, the Federal Housing Finance Agency and other parties designated by the Treasury or applicable law shall have the right during normal business hours to conduct unannounced, informal onsite visits and to conduct formal onsite and offsite physical, personnel and information technology testing, security reviews, and audits of Servicer and to examine all books, records and data related to the Services provided and Purchase Price received in connection with the Program on thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. (b) Servicer will collect, record, retain and provide to Treasury, Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxxxx Mac all data, information and documentation relating to the Program and borrowers, loans and loan modifications implemented, or potentially eligible for modification, under the Program and any trials conducted in connection with the Program, as required by the Program Documentation. All such data, information and documentation must be provided to the Treasury, Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac as, when and in the manner specified in the Program Documentation. In addition, Servicer shall provide copies of executed contracts and tapes of loan pools related to the Program for review upon request. (c) Servicer shall promptly take corrective and remedial actions associated with reporting and reviews as directed by Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac and provide to Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac such evidence of the effective implementation of corrective and remedial actions as Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac shall reasonably require. Xxxxxxx Mac may conduct additional reviews based on its findings and the corrective actions taken by Servicer. (d) In addition to any other obligation to retain financial and accounting records that may be imposed by Federal or state law, Servicer shall retain all information described in Section 3(b), and all data, books, reports, documents, audit logs and records, including electronic records, related to the performance of Services in connection with the Program. In addition, Servicer shall maintain a copy of all computer systems and application software necessary to review and analyze these electronic records. Unless otherwise directed by Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac, Servicer shall retain these records for at least 7 years from the date the data or record was created, or for such longer period as may be required pursuant to applicable law.   • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with XXX. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and XXX, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • Data Retention The Company will hold and use the Data only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including under tax and security laws.

  • Reporting and Record Keeping CONTRACTOR shall comply with all program and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State and local agencies, and as required by the COUNTY. (c) CONTRACTOR agrees to provide to COUNTY, to any Federal or State department having monitoring or review authority, to COUNTY's authorized representatives, and/or their appropriate audit agencies upon reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine all records and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, State, and local statutes, rules and regulations, and this Agreement, and to evaluate the quality, appropriateness and timeliness of services performed.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
