If at any time the BloodPAC becomes aware that any Authorized User has violated any of the Authorized User Terms, the BloodPAC will: (i) promptly notify Partner of such violation; and (ii) promptly suspend such Authorized Users access to all Contributed Data.

Authorized User Terms. Please read carefully, you are agreeing to be bound by these Authorized User Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Online Agreement electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”) or accessing or using the Services, you: (a) represent that you have been duly authorized by the Contracting Participant to access and use the Services; (b) further represent that the Contracting Participant has informed you of its obligations under the Agreements and you have agreed to comply with them; and (c) agree to bound by these Authorized User Xxxxx as amended from time to time.

  • Authorized User Terms and Conditions As noted above, the terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in, and applicable to, the Authorized User Agreement resulting from this Contract. The following sections are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed.   • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract.   • SUPPLIER TERMS Any additional terms that Supplier includes in an order form or similar document will be of no force and effect, unless UC expressly agrees in writing to such terms.

  • ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN AN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT Additional Contractor Terms and Conditions may become part of an Authorized User Agreement in accordance with Section 28 of Appendix B.
