SAS reserves the right to cancellations and adjustments to the traffic program. The Travel Pass number is personal and may only be used by the individual appointed as User by the Company. The right of use may not be assigned, transferred or advanced or in any way to be used by another than the appointed User. User undertakes: to store Travel Pass number and security code in a safe way, to, upon request, present Travel Pass number and valid form of identity, to report changed address information to immediately report to SAS any loss of the Travel Pass number or any suspected misuse of the Travel Pass number and to be jointly and severally liable with the Company for any damage caused by non-compliance of these Terms and Conditions. Validity SAS may declare the Travel Pass product void and/or block the Travel Pass number with immediate effect in the event of misuse of the Travel Pass number and/or non- compliant use non-payment or other default of the Company record of non-payment, insolvency or initiation of bankruptcy proceedings or involuntary liquidation of the Company Upon request by the Company and/or User Travel Information and marketing The Company is always entitled to receive information on travel with the Travel Pass without User’s prior approval. SAS may use e- mail and text messages (SMS) to communicate with the Company and the User. SAS may send promotional e-mails and SMS to the Company and the User concerning SAS’ and/or SAS business partners’ products and services. The User can at any time decline digital communication by contacting Corporate Support/Customer contact centre. Personal Data By using the Travel Pass number, User agrees to SAS registering and processing the User’s personal data and information on User’s travel in accordance with applicable law, the Agreement and these user terms and...

The privacy and security of health and other personal information of Jefferson patients (collectively, “patient information”) is a right protected by law and enforced by fines, criminal penalties as well as policy. Safeguarding such patient information is a fundamental obligation for all persons accessing it. XXXXXX XXXXXXXXX UNIVERSITY d/b/a Jefferson Health (“Jefferson”) takes the privacy and security of patient information very seriously. Use of Jefferson Health Care Link (“JeffCareLink”) is conditioned on the user’s compliance with all applicable Jefferson policies and procedures and with all federal and state law regarding the privacy and security of patient information such as HIPAA. Subject to your agreement with these Terms and Conditions, you have been approved as an Authorized User of JeffCareLink. Accessing or using any form of peer-to-peer file sharing program using the school network. Vandalizing, damaging, or disabling property of the school or another individual or organization. Accessing another individual’s materials, information or files without permission. Using the network or Internet for commercial, political or financial gain purposes. Releasing files, home addresses, personal phone numbers, passwords, or other vital accessing information to others. Promoting or soliciting for illegal activities. Using the resources of the school district or the internet to bully or harass another person. Attempting to repair, remove or install hardware components reserved for an authorized service technician. Violating copyright or other protected material laws. Subscribing to mailing lists that are not teacher directed sending class e-mail messages, or using other services that generate messages that can slow the system and wasted others time and access. Intentionally wasting school resources.
