Participant Services. Contracted Services may be provided only to Participants who have been enrolled as such in compliance with this Contract, and WDB shall have no obligation to reimburse Contractor for Contracted Services provided to any individual before (s)he is properly enrolled. Contractor's provision of Contracted Services shall comply in all material respects with Contractor's Statement of Work and Work Activity Schedule. Contractor shall utilize facilities, which are visually and acoustically appropriate for learning and which make use of space in a manner that facilitates the on-going activities of the Contracted Services. Participants shall be adequately supervised during their participation in Contracted Services.
Participant Services. The Participant hereby agrees to participate in the Canadian Access Federation in the following capacity and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out in the respective schedule attached hereto, which, forms an integral part hereof: Federated Identity Management Service Provider - The terms set out in Schedule A apply
Participant Services a. Contractor will design and print literature and prepare communications material at no additional cost to the County or Participants, such as brochures, posters, presentations, webinars, and any other materials needed for use in educating eligible employees regarding all aspects of the Plan (including investment education, investment performance, investment selection based on risks and returns, and claims processing information), and, with prior written approval of the County, distribute and present this information in an accurate and clear manner at no additional cost. In each instance, the Contractor shall fully disclose to each employee all of the Plan features and costs.
b. Contractor will create and, after receiving written approval of the County, publish (print and/or electronic) easily understood Plan self-enrollment materials at no additional cost to the County or Participants, which can be used by Participants. Enrollment material must include promotional material, explanatory material (including explanations and notices required by law), and enrollment forms, subject to the County’s approval. The Contractor will act as the County’s agent with regard to the Plan’s enrollment agreements.
c. Contractor will be available to assist employees with the completion of enrollment forms or online applications and verify the completeness of such forms, applications or other enrollment documents. Contractor must also be staffed to provide enrollment counseling to employees who wish to discuss Plan participation in person or over the telephone. A supply of self-enrollment packages must also be provided to the County to be made available at various work locations.
d. Contractor will develop literature to communicate Plan changes when they occur, at no additional cost to the County, and upon receipt of advance written approval of the County, distribute the literature to each appropriate County Office with a request that it be distributed to eligible Participants.
e. Contractor will distribute:
1. investment performance information;
2. an investment newsletter; and
3. pertinent articles in each Participant's quarterly Statement of Account at no additional cost. The articles shall include, but are not limited to, updates on the Plan, investment trends, and any applicable legislative updates.

Participant Services. The Sub-Administrator shall investigate all inquiries from Participants and Plan Representatives relating to their interests in the Accounts and shall respond to all communications from Participants and Plan Representatives and others relating to the Sub-Administrator's duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between the Sub-Administrator and NBMI.
Participant Services. 1. Contractor shall, at County’s discretion, produce and distribute communication material to participants which shall include, but not be limited to: program announcement letters and brochures, network pharmacy directories, periodic updates, customized communications, and mutually agreed upon communications targeted to specific participants and/or groups of participants. Mail order pharmacy communications shall include but not be limited to: mutually agreed upon educational material and coupons. Contractor shall perform the aforementioned distribution of communication materials at least twice a year. Materials and postage for standard communications shall be offered as part of the base administrative fees with no additional cost to County.
Participant Services. Participant agrees to require Practice Providers to furnish Covered Services to beneficiaries (“Members”) assigned (including those Members reflected as being preliminary prospective assigned) to the ACO that are within the Practice Provider’s licensing and qualifications. “Covered Services” means those medically necessary health care services and items that are covered by Medicare Parts A and/or B). All Covered Services shall be provided in accordance with all applicable provisions of law, all applicable generally accepted professional standards, and the terms of this Agreement.
Participant Services. Will be responsible for intake and interview of each interested or referred veteran and will assist with program eligibility determinations.

3) For security purposes, all calls are recorded. In addition, several levels of security are available including the verification of a PIN or such other personal identifier as may be agreed to from time to time by the Sponsor and the Trustee.
4) The following services are available via the telephone or such other electronic means as may be agreed upon from time to time by the Sponsor and the Trustee: • Process Participant enrollments, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Plan Administration Manual. • Provide Plan investment option information. • Provide and maintain information and explanations about Plan provisions. • Respond to requests for literature. • Maintain and process changes to Participants’ contribution allocations for all money sources, if applicable. • Process exchanges (transfers) between investment options on a daily basis.
