Automobile Reimbursement. Executive shall maintain a suitable automobile for business use. The Company shall reimburse Executive for the costs of leasing such automobile and for all other costs associated with the use of the vehicle, including insurance costs, repairs and maintenance, up to the maximum deductible amount allowable by law.
Automobile Reimbursement. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, the Company will reimburse the Executive for automobile related expenses not to exceed $1,000 per month.

(3) A new Section 6.14 is hereby added to the Agreement to provide as follows:
Automobile Reimbursement. The Executive will be reimbursed for all automobile expenses related to business travel, including vehicle lease or payment costs approved by the Board. All personal use of the automobile provided to the Executive will be tracked and reported separately as W-2 income to the Executive.
Automobile Reimbursement. In recognition of Employee's need for an automobile for business purposes, the Corporation shall reimburse Employee Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per month for automobile expenses, including automobile payments, maintenance, gasoline and car telephone costs incident thereto.
Automobile Reimbursement. Nurses required to utilize private vehicles in pursuit of County business must maintain proper vehicle insurance. The employee will be compensated per mile at the prevailing County mileage rate. Every attempt shall be made to provide suitable motor pool transportation for work related activities. Should this not be possible, the nurses will be asked, on a voluntary basis, to use his/her own vehicle and be compensated as is listed above. Work related travel activity during periods of adverse weather conditions may be suspended at the discretion of the Public Health Director and the Human Resources Director.
Automobile Reimbursement. ASSOCIATION shall provide EXECUTIVE reimbursement of __________ dollars per month for automobile expense.
Automobile Reimbursement. The Board shall reimburse the Superintendent for use of his automobile on school district business (excluding commuting to and from work) at the IRS mileage reimbursement rate.
Automobile Reimbursement. A mileage rate of $.27 per mile shall be paid to any administrator using his/her private automobile on school business for the duration of this contract. The principal of the WASAL schools will receive $ 60.00 per month during the school year covered by this contract as a car allowance.
Automobile Reimbursement. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to receive a monthly automobile reimbursement in the total amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) (the "AUTOMOBILE REIMBURSEMENT"), payable monthly on the first day of each month commencing on the first day of the month following the effective date of the Merger (as such term is defined in the Merger Agreement) (the "REIMBURSEMENT DATE"); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Automobile Reimbursement shall include the PRO RATA amount dated from the effective date of the Merger, for the first month only. The Automobile Reimbursement shall be increased to One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200) on the one year anniversary of the Reimbursement Date.
