Automobile Usage Allowance. Employees will be provided with an allowance for use of their cars for School Board purposes as per Administrative Procedures Memorandum APS 010. The salary schedules and categories are set forth in Appendix A to this Collective Agreement. The daily rate of pay for the school year will be calculated as follows: Rate of pay in Appendix A divided by 194 days equals the daily rate. ‌ CATEGORY I (CAT I) is the Bachelor of Social Work Degree level, or equivalent, and may include the classification of attendance/supervised alternative learning counsellor. CATEGORY II (CAT II) is the Master's Degree level, or equivalent, and includes the classifications of, social worker, speech-language pathologist, behaviour analyst, mental health lead or psychoeducational consultant. Automobile Usage Allowance. 17.01 Effective July 1, 2008 the rate for automobile usage is $0.45 per kilometer, and may be adjusted from time to time by the Board. 17.02 The Board shall provide an annual kilometre allowance to staff travelling on authorized Board business as approved by the Superintendent of Special Education Services in the following manner: September 1, 2008 $155.00 September 1, 2009 $160.00 September 1, 2010 $165.00 September 1, 2011 $170.00 ARTICLE XVIII – PERSONAL/PERSONNEL FILES 18.01 Subject to a written request to the Executive Officer, Human Resources Services and at a mutually agreed time, and in the presence of a designated Board official, an employee may review the complete contents, or any part of the employee’s personnel file. The employee may obtain a copy of any material therein. 18.02 An employee shall be given an opportunity to read any formal written report directly pertaining to such employee and shall sign the document in question to indicate that its contents have been read and understood. It is understood that such signature does not denote acceptance of the report and the employee may note on the report disagreement with its contents. The Board will provide copies of any written reports or documents within 48 hours. The Board shall not be responsible for the confidentiality of these copies when released to the employee. 18.03 Any letter of discipline, suspension or other sanction shall be removed from the Bargaining Unit member’s file provided such letter is greater than 24 months old and provided the member has been discipline free for the last 24 months.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Automobile Expense When a State-owned vehicle is not available and a supervisor is required to use his/her personal automobile to conduct authorized State business, the Appointing Authority shall reimburse the Supervisor at the then current IRS reimbursement rate for mileage on the most direct route according to Transportation Department records. When a State- owned vehicle is offered and declined by the supervisor, mileage shall be paid at the rate of seven

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Automobile Expenses The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance not to exceed $1,000 per month. The Company shall pay all insurance premiums and maintenance for the automobile that is the subject of the automobile allowance.
