Availability of Seniority and Reduction in Force Lists. Both the seniority list and the Reduction in Force lists described above shall be made available to building principals and the Association President. In the case of a Reduction in Force the seniority list indicated in Article 41 of this Agreement shall be updated to the month in which Board action is to be taken on Reduction in Force and prior to any such action.

  • SENIORITY AND REDUCTION IN FORCE Section 1. Whenever a classified position is abolished, or a reduction in force becomes necessary, or an employee is laid off to create a vacancy for an employee moving from a higher classification, layoff shall be in reverse order of continuous service with the City.
