Available Services and Functionalities. XxxXXXXX services are provided by modules. Currently, there are modules for: • General networking metrics. • Intrusion detection (agents analyse information generated by SNORT [SNORT]). • Wide Area Network (WAN) topology. • Available bandwidth (using path load). • Dynamic path allocation (dynamically create circuits between two points). The services implemented in perfSONAR are directly related to network performance monitoring. perfSONAR has been designed with network performance monitoring and GEANT-integration in mind. XxxXXXXX has been designed as a general monitoring framework to be built on and not specific for network monitoring. Therefore, an exact comparison with the services provided by perfSONAR is very difficult. Both applications provide support for traffic metrics like Round Trip Time (RTT), jitter, link utilisation, packet counters (in, out, error, drops). Both applications support storing data in databases. perfSONAR is easier to deploy in an existing environment and easier to configure to use existing network data (data within RRD files produces by other applications). XxxXXXXX, as a general monitoring framework, cannot easily be configured to use data from other applications. However, using XxxXXXXX, it is easier to build a custom network monitoring solution that can monitor both network and network-dependent applications, or a solution that can execute actions (like circuit reconfiguration or traffic rerouting).

  • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B-1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of the working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to:

  • Audit of Existing Content and Functionality By May 1, 2017, the District will propose for OCR’s review and approval the identity and bona fides of an Auditor (corporation or individual) to audit all content and functionality on its website, including, but not limited to, the home page, all subordinate pages, and intranet pages and sites, to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third party vendor or an open source. The Auditor will have sufficient knowledge and experience in website accessibility for people with disabilities to carry out all related tasks, including developing a Proposed Corrective Action Plan. The Audit will use the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set out above, unless the District receives prior permission from OCR to use a different standard as a benchmark. During the Audit, the District will also seek input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, and others associated with the District, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility, regarding the accessibility of its online content and functionality.

  • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1. The Available Services offered from time to time and the fees charged for such Available Services will be set forth on the then-current Exhibit 2.1.1 (the "Available Services and Fees Schedule"). If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.1.1 indicating the new service and the fee for the new service. Manager may select one or more of the categories of Available Services. If Manager selects a particular category of services it must take and pay for all of the services under the category selected; Manager may not select only particular services within that category. If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Services and Third Party Materials A. The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Such Services may not be available in all languages or in all countries. Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require an Apple ID, may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees.   • Prices and Services Billing 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.
