AVID Center Support for AVID Elementary. AVID Center agrees to provide support to Client for its Elementary AVID Member Sites through the District Director Elementary and in conjunction with AVID Center national and/or divisional offices. AVID Elementary support includes: • Access to training for the AVID Elementary site team(s) through AVID Summer Institute; • Access to training for the District Director Elementary at AVID Summer Institute and through the two-year AVID District Leadership Training; • Coaching and implementation guidance during coaching visits; • AVID Center technical assistance for the District Director Elementary; • Coordination with Client’s District Director Elementary to collect, report, and analyze data from AVID Member Sites; • Permission to use the AVID Trademarks as described in Standard Terms and Conditions; • Elementary AVID Weekly, an AVID Year in Review, and ACCESS academic journals for each AVID Member Site listed on the Quote as implementing the Elementary program; and • Assistance in disseminating information about AVID to school sites interested in implementing AVID Elementary.

AVID Center Support for AVID Elementary. AVID Center agrees to provide support to School System through the Elementary District Liaison and in conjunction with AVID Center national and/or divisional offices. AVID Elementary Support includes: • access to training for the AVID Elementary site team(s) through AVID Summer Institute, • access to training for the AVID Elementary District Liaison at AVID Summer Institute and through the two-year AVID District Leadership Training (ADL), • coaching and implementation guidance during site visitations, • AVID Center technical assistance for the Elementary District Liaison, • coordination with School System’s District Director or Elementary District Liaison to collect, report, and analyze data from AVID schools, • permission to use the AVID Trademarks in certain circumstances beyond the scope of the limited licensed uses described in Section 4.2 below, • Elementary AVID Weekly membership, an AVID yearbook, and ACCESS academic journals for each school site listed in Attachment A, and • assistance in disseminating information about AVID to potential new AVID Elementary sites within School System.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.
