Bid Awards. 6.2.1. When a position vacancy occurs, the Company will issue a bid to all Flight Crew Members specifying the positions open and minimum qualifications applicable.
Bid Awards. In the event that successful bidders leaving their current shift assignment creates a burden on plant operations the Union and Labor Relations will meet to discuss alternative solutions. If a resolution cannot be reached the bid will be awarded to the successful bidder.
Bid Awards. MCIU will notify all participants of bid awards by the MCIU Board of Directors. Individual participants will, in accordance with any law applicable to the particular entity, issue a purchase contract for the item(s) awarded, to the vendor(s) selected, in accordance with each bid’s specifications. In the event the Participating Entity rejects, or substantially alters, the bid award by MCIU Board of Directors, the Participating Entity shall timely notify MCIU of such action. Frequent rejection of MCIU bid awards by Participating Entity may result in removal from membership in the Consortium.
Bid Awards. Developer shall consider all sealed responsive bids that are submitted on or before the Bid Receipt Deadline. Developer shall award subcontracts to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or the bidder that is determined by Developer to be the “best qualified contractor” (as defined in Section 2.d. of the Procurement Policy), subject to Authority’s reasonable approval. Developer may, at its option, waive any defect in any bid. Developer shall not award any bid that is more than 10% above the Budget for the Work, in the case where the bid is for the entire Work, or the line item in the Budget where the bid is only for a portion of the Work, unless the Developer receives the Authority’s written consent (in the Authority’s sole discretion). This Section 4.6(f) shall not limit Developer's right to seek an adjustment to the Budget for any cost or expense actually incurred by Xxxxxxxxx in performing the Work hereunder and that exceeds such 10% threshold, pursuant to Section 2.2(b) for a Cost Increase Event. Developer shall provide copies of the bids to the Public Entities prior to making an award or rejecting a bid. Developer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all bids and repeat the bidding process. Developer may require the bidder receiving the award to furnish security in addition to that required of Developer under this Agreement.
