Awnings. Repair or in-kind replacement of awnings.
Awnings. We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution! This is for your own protection as well because they are NOT COVERED by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving, any acts of nature, or negligence are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount.
Awnings. Tenant shall not install, place or permit any awning on the perimeter walls of the Music Hall.
Awnings. All awnings shall be commercially made type, manufactured specifically for Recreational Vehicles by recognized vendors to the RV industry, such as SilverTop and Durabilt, and others. Said awnings cannot be permanently attached to Recreational Vehicle, which awnings shall have the capacity of being retracted or disassembled at the close of the season.
Awnings. Shall not affix any window blinds, shades or awnings to any part of the LEASED PREMISES or the BUILDING without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Only air awnings can be left up during the winter season (31/10-31/3). • All other awnings erected during the summer season must be pegged out with marquee pegs, an over the top storm strap and internal ratchets straps. Extra roof poles are always advisable as is an awning specifically manufactured for permanent seasonal use. Failure to secure your awning could result in being requested to take it down if it is deemed a safety risk. • If during the season summer or winter when air or poled awnings are they left up & storms & high winds are forecast of which you will be fully aware, you are completely responsible for attending site immediately afterwards if any damage has occurred, to tidy up your pitch of the damaged awning and the belongings within to ensure it is once again tidy & safe. This may mean attending site outside your normal expected times so please bear this is mind if you live several hours away from site, as we do NOT pack up belongings or damaged awnings, this is completely your responsibility and choice by leaving an awning erected in these circumstances. If you fail to attend site within 24 hours of such damage your contract will be reviewed • Damaged awnings must be removed from site by the caravan owner and not left in the recycling area - any awnings left on site in this manner will incur a £35 disposal fee
Awnings. Detailed plans for any awnings or other shade devices shall be submitted for approval to the Corporation for review by the Building’s Engineers and the Board of Directors.
Awnings. Xxxxxx agrees not to install any awnings in or on the Premises which are visible to the public view outside the Premises other than those pre-approved by Landlord.
Awnings. Awnings damage easily and are the full responsibility of the renter. Awnings must be retracted in windy conditions and drained properly of water (lower one corner). The Awning Manufacturers recommend awnings be retracted in windy conditions and/or during rain and will not warranty awnings for wind or rain damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough over the entrance door so rubbing does not occur. Insurance deductible is $300.00 per occurrence. The Fridge must be LEVEL while Motorhome is STATIONARY. Air Bubble in Level (in bottom of freezer) must touch the inner ring. Slide(s) MUST be closed on all RVs prior to moving the RV any distance. Renter will be responsible for any damages that occur due to not retracting the slide(s) prior to moving.

When awnings are used, they should accept the top edge of ground floor windows and door frames • Awnings should project no more than 6-feet from the building and mounted at least 8-feet above the sidewalk. • Awnings should be constructed of high-quality materials; use of aluminum, vinyl, or other plastic materials is not recommended. • Under-awning lights can be used to illuminate the sidewalk and storefront • Internally illuminated awnings should not be used. • Indirect lighting is welcomed • Floodlights and other security lighting should be hidden or shielded to avoid glare • Decorative fixtures like sconces and facade up lighting on the storefront should be encouraged. • Storefront displays should be well lit and stay on past store closing to activate the street.
