BALCONIES/PATIOS. Storage: Only potted plants, outdoor furniture, small recreational items, toys, and small enclosed containers as outlined in the Family Student Housing resident manual, may be kept on balconies and patios. Balcony railings and stairways will be kept clear of potted plants and other items. Barbeques and/or fire pits of any kind are not permitted. Due to their potential threat to the safety of the community, staff will confiscate any barbeques and fire pits and the Student will be subject to disciplinary action. No appliances may be placed or used anywhere out-of-doors. At all times, stairs, front entrances, and backyard gates will be unobstructed and reasonable passage (a minimum width of 22”) will be possible for the full length of the backyard for the purposes of entering and exiting during fire or other emergencies.

BALCONIES/PATIOS. Private balconies and patios are not intended for storage. Bicycles and patio furniture are the only items that may be placed or stored on the balcony or patio. Other personal items, including, but not limited to boxes and general clutter, must be stored elsewhere or disposed of properly.
BALCONIES/PATIOS. Keep balconies and Patios free of all personal belongings And trash, except that Tenant may maintain lawn furniture thereon provided same is maintained in an orderly manner.
BALCONIES/PATIOS. Patios, terraces, balconies, and outside stairwells are designed for additional space and not storage. Storing or displaying on patios, outside stairwells, and balconies of boxes, bicycles, refuse, clothing, towels, and other belongings, which are not patio furniture, is prohibited and may be removed or disposed of by Landlord. Patios, balconies, outside stairwells, and windows are not to be used for drying clothes or suspending other objects. Refuse, garbage and trash shall be kept at all times in such containers and in areas approved by Landlord. Throwing any items from balconies is strictly prohibited. Charcoal Grills or any other type of solid fuel grilling devices are not authorized to be used or stored on the Premises. A gas grill may be stored on the patio or balcony only with the express understanding that the Tenant is solely liable for any damage resulting from such storage or use. Tenant understands that the gas BBQ grill must be used at a distance no closer than 10 feet from any structure and that Tenant will be held liable for any damage as the result of such storage or use.

  • DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. Such repairs shall be made immediately after the Contractor has become aware of such damage, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the occurrence.
