Banquet Gratuity. Banquet gratuities of fifteen (15%) percent on food and ten (10%) percent on beverages will be divided, twenty-five (25%) percent to the Management, twelve and one half (12½%) to the Banquet Housemen, and sixty- two and one half (62½%) to other Banquet staff (eg. Server, banquet bartender, beverage co-ordinator). Effective August 31, 2011 the beverage gratuity shall increase to twelve percent (12%). Coat Check Attendants shall only receive a share of three dollars ($3.00) per hour from the “other Banquet staff” share. Effective June 2017, the banquet gratuities of fifteen percent (15%) on food and twelve percent (12%) on beverage will be divided, twenty percent (20%) to Management, thirteen point three percent (13.3%) to the Banquet Housemen, and sixty-six point seven percent (66.7%) to other Banquet staff (eg. Server, banquet bartender, beverage co-ordinator).

  • Guest any Registered User who has been invited by a Subscriber to participate in a study. It is possible that the same natural or legal person fits into several of the definitions previously provided. Thus, an Internet user who has created a study through the Platform will be a Subscriber, due to having created a study, but they will also be a Registered User, as that is necessary in order to be a Subscriber and, also, a User, by the mere fact of accessing the Platform.

  • Retirement Gratuity 1. Those employees who, on August 31, 2012, were eligible for a retirement gratuity shall have their accumulated sick days vested as of that date, up to the maximum eligible under the retirement gratuity plan.

  • Retirement Gratuities The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix B - Retirement Gratuities. The following language shall be inserted unaltered as a preamble to Retirement Gratuity language into every collective agreement: “Retirement Gratuities were frozen as of August 31, 2012. Employees are not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity or any non-sick leave credit retirement gratuity (such as, but not limited to, service gratuities or RRSP contributions) after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Employee had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day. The following language applies only to those employees eligible for the gratuity above.” SICK LEAVE TO BRIDGE LONG-TERM DISABILITY WAITING PERIOD Boards which have Long-Term Disability waiting periods greater than 131 days shall ensure there is language that accords with the following entitlement: An Employee who has applied for long-term disability is eligible for additional short- term disability leave days up to the maximum difference between the long-term disability waiting period and 131 days. The additional days shall be payable at 90% and shall be used only to bridge the employee to the long-term disability waiting period if, under a collective agreement in effect on August 31, 2012, the employee was required to wait more than 131 days before being eligible for benefits under a long-term disability plan and the collective agreement did not allow the employee the option of reducing that waiting period.   • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Other Retirement Gratuities A Teacher is not eligible to receive any non-sick leave credit retirement gratuity (such as, but not limited to, service gratuities or RRSP contributions) after August 31, 2012.
