Bargaining Unit Executive. (a) In order that the operations of the Union will not be disorganized when lay- offs are being made, members of the local Union executive i.e. Bargaining Unit President and Co-ordinator, be the last employees laid-off during their term of office, as long as full-time employment for which they already possess the necessary qualifications, ability, and competence is available.
