BARGAINING UNIT/PAYROLL DEDUCTION ROSTER. ‌ Employees covered by this Agreement are required to maintain up-to-date personal phone numbers and mailing addresses on file with the Employer. The Employer shall monthly provide a roster of all bargaining unit employees to the Union. The roster shall include each employee’s name, social security number, mailing address, job classification(s), department, FTE status, shift, rate(s) of pay, date of hire, date of termination, gross wages, monthly income, hours worked and amount of dues and COPE deductions. All information required to be transmitted under this Section shall be transmitted in a secure electronic format agreed upon by the Employer and the Union.
