Bargaining Unit Seniority. 8.01 An employee shall be on probation during his first sixty (60) days worked without seniority rights during which period he may be dismissed by the employer without recourse. Upon completion of his probationary period his name shall be added to the seniority list and the seniority shall be computed from the day he first commenced to work for the Employer.
