Bargaining Unit Seniority. Bargaining unit seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit, including, for employees employed in this bargaining unit as of June 23, 2016, service up to March 3, 2016 in the applicable department under the former UAW Courts bargaining unit.
