Bargaining Unit Seniority. The total length of service in any/all classifications represented by the bargaining unit. Bargaining Unit seniority shall control for promotions/transfers within the bargaining unit (along with qualifications), overtime assignments, selection (rebid) of zones, choice of vacation time, and shift changes.
