Base Salary Points for Professional Engineers and Scientists. The salary entry points for Graduate Engineers and Scientists will be Level 2, Point 4 for a Diploma and Level 3, Point 1 for a Degree. Individuals meeting the definition of a Technical Professional in the Melbourne Water Award 2000, can progress to a salary equivalent to Level 6 Point 1 without re-grading or promotion, subject to the normal rules of progression outlined in this document. Incremental salary progression beyond this salary point will require individuals to be re-graded, or promoted to a higher graded role. For professional Engineers and Scientists as prescribed under the Melbourne Water Award 2000 and as defined below, the equivalent of TP3 classification will enter at the level of Band 6 point 2 and progress incrementally to the top point of Band 7. A Professional Officer is required to hold a tertiary qualification which allows admittance to a professional association or body and to hold a position for which the tertiary qualification is deemed relevant to the duties performed. For the purpose of the work level descriptions, relevant tertiary qualifications for a Professional Officer include:- Degree in Engineering such as Bachelor of Civil Engineering with eligibility for admission as a member to the Institution of Engineers Australia. Degree in Science (for example; Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science) such as a Bachelor of Science and with eligibility for membership of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute or Australian Institute of Biology. Degree in Applied Science (Surveying) or Bachelor of Geomatic Engineering (BGeomE), with eligibility for membership to the Institution of Surveyors Australia and to be registered and endorsed under the Surveying Act 2004. Degree in Town Planning such as Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning with eligibility for membership of the Royal Australian Planning Institute, or equivalent. Other such professional tertiary qualifications deemed appropriate and relevant to duties preformed as a Professional Officer and which would admit a person to a professional association or body.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation.
