Basic Concept Drawings. Prior to the Date of Agreement, Agency has approved conceptual drawings, including a site plan, elevations, floor plans and preliminary landscape plans (collectively, the “Basic Concept Drawings”) for the development of the Site.
Basic Concept Drawings. Within the time set forth in the Schedule of Performance, the Developer shall submit to Agency the following conceptual plans and drawings (collectively, the “Basic Concept Drawings”):

In the event Developer wishes to in any way alter or modify such Basic Concept Drawings, Developer shall re-submit such modified Basic Concept Drawings to both Authority and City for their reasonable review and approval of such modifications.

Within the time set forth in the Schedule of Performance, the Developer shall submit conceptual drawings for the Applicable Developer Improvements, including materials, color board, elevations of all four sides of the Improvements, a traffic and circulation plan as applicable or as may be required by the City’s Traffic Engineer, and a rendered perspective (collectively, the “Basic Concept Drawings”). The Agency shall approve or disapprove the Basic Concept Drawings, as further described in Section 303.4.
Basic Concept Drawings. Concurrently with the approval of this Agreement, Housing Authority has approved conceptual drawings for the Improvements, including a site plan, elevations and preliminary landscape plans (collectively, the “Basic Concept Drawings”).

Within the time set forth in the Schedule of Performance, Developer shall submit to Authority and Agency Basic Concept Drawings for the Rehabilitation of the Apartment Complex and all appurtenant improvements, including materials, color board, elevations of all four sides of the Apartment Complex, preliminary landscape plans (both hardscape and softscape and other amenities of common areas), a traffic and circulation plan as applicable or as may be required, and a rendered perspective (collectively, “Basic Concept Drawings”). Authority and Agency shall approve or disapprove the Basic Concept Drawings, as further described in Section 302.4.
Basic Concept Drawings. Developer shall prepare and submit basic concept drawings to Authority/Agency for review and approval.
Basic Concept Drawings. The Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to develop the Property and construct the Improvements as provided in the Scope of Development. The Parties agree that the Property shall be developed as generally established in the Basic Concept Drawings including, but not limited to, the preliminary site plan for the Property and Design Review drawings, as described therein and approved by the City prior to opening of escrow. Any material changes to the Basic Concept Drawings may be mutually agreed upon between the Developer and the City but shall be within the limitations of the Scope of Development and consistent with the overall plan for the development of the Property as as provided for in this Agreement. Neither party shall unreasonably withhold consent to any material changes in the Basic Concept Drawings.
