Traffic and Circulation. Traffic generated by the proposed project is expected to be negligible and short term. For all sites with the exception of San Xxxx Creek, a flagperson shall be designated to stop oncoming vehicular and bicycle traffic and allow the safe passage of construction vehicles. The District shall be responsible for repairing the portion of the parking lot impacted by maintenance activities to its current standard or to a standard agreed to by both the County Park Department and the District. Repairs shall be begun within two weeks of the termination of maintenance activities. The District shall limit maintenance activities in the vicinity of Goleta Beach to the period between early November and mid-April.

Traffic and Circulation. 7.1 Applicant’s traffic consultants have prepared a comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis (“TIA”), that has been reviewed by the City. The TIA demonstrates that the Project will meet traffic concurrency standards, and that the existing road infrastructure is sufficient to serve the Project. 7.2 The Applicant is pleased to provide construction of two traffic circles for the City, one at the intersection of NE 000xx Xxxxxx and 284th Ave NE, and the other at the intersection of NE 000xx Xxxxxx xxx 000xx Xxx XX. 7.3 In addition to the traffic circles, Applicant has designed, in consultation with the City and neighboring property owners, and as shown on Exhibit B, a secondary access along the eastern perimeter of the Property that meets City standards, and that was designed to mitigate potential adverse impacts by discouraging “cut through” traffic through the Property. 7.4 Other on-site and off-site transportation improvements to address impacts of annexing the NUGA Property and developing the Project, include: (a) the Applicant’s payment of impact fees which addresses impacts generally, as well as specific impacts to the intersections of Main Street NE and Xxxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Xxxx, and Main Street NE and NE 145th Street, (b) the Applicant’s construction of a portion of the Xxxxxx Way NE road connection to 275th Ave NE, (c) the Applicant’s construction of a portion of the 275th Ave NE connection to NE 152nd Street, (d) the Applicant’s construction of frontage improvements along 275th Ave NE, and (e) the Applicant’s construction of all necessary road improvements internal to the Project.

The minutes will reflect the items discussed and any agreement or disagreement on solutions. Where the matter is deferred, the minutes will reflect which party is responsible for follow-up. The minutes will be translated into the French language and authorized for distribution to the parties and the Crown once signed by a representative from both parties.

  • Localization Should any Seller Affiliate and any Customer Affiliate wish to enter into an agreement for the provision of Deliverables, Products and/or Services ("Local Agreement") in the Netherlands, Canada, Hong Kong, the United States, Australia, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa or the United Arab Emirates (as applicable) Local Agreement(s) can be agreed between the Parties and added as Exhibit(s) to this Agreement by way of addendum.
