Basic Pav Rates. 5.1.1 Effective prospectively (the day after mutual ratification), without any retroactivity, each individual who was employed in the bargaining unit as of June 30, 2018 and remains employed as of the time of mutual ratification will receive a base salary increase of $900 per FTE. The foregoing salary increases shall be implemented within thirty (30) days after mutual ratification of this agreement, and the increases shall be retroactive to August 31, 2018 (the day after mutual ratification). Effective September 1, 2018, each individual.who was employed in the bargaining unit as of June 30,2018 and remains employed as of the time of mutual ratification will receive a base salary increase of 7.25% per FTE. The foregoing salary increases shall be implemented within thirty (30) days after mutual ratification of this agreement, and the increases shall be retroactive to September 1, 2018 or the day after mutual ratification, whichever occurs later. Effective September 1,2019, the annual salary of each employee who was also covered by this agreement in effect on June 30, 2019 shall be increased by $1,593 per FTE. Effective September 1, 2020, the annual salary of each employee who was also covered by this agreement in effect on June 30, 2020 shall be increased by 2.50%.

  • Non-Student Rates The Residence Fees payable under this Agreement are a special student rate for full-time students of the Institution. If the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution, and wishes to continue to occupy a Room: (i) the Resident must deliver a written request to the Manager no later than two (2) business days after ceasing to be a full-time student of the Institution, which the Manager may accept or reject in its sole and unfettered discretion, and (ii) if the request is accepted by the Manager, the Resident must pay within two (2) business days of receiving notice of that acceptance (a) any unpaid Residence Fees (whether or not otherwise due) and (b) a supplementary fee equal to the difference between (1) the product of the number of days remaining in the Term as of two (2) business days after the date on which the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution and the daily conference rate then charged by the Manager for rooms in the Residence, minus (2) the Residence Fees.

  • Pay Rates Unit members must have been on an active status for a minimum of six

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.

  • Parking Rates A. For the term of this agreement, the parties agree that the State may increase parking rates in existing owned or leased lots, in urban congested areas, no more than $20 per month above the current rate, charged to employees in specific locations where they park. Congested urban areas are areas such as Sacramento, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego areas. Every effort shall be made to provide employees sixty (60) days but no less than thirty (30) days notice of a parking rate increase. The State shall not increase rates for existing parking lots where employees do not currently pay parking fees. Rates at new lots administered or leased by the State will be set at a level comparable to rates charged for similar lots in the area of the new lot, e.g., rates for open lots shall be compared to rates for open lots, rates for covered parking shall be compared to rates for covered parking.
