Basic Rules. a. Overtime is any time the Company requests an employee to work on a regular day off or for time worked before or after the employee’s normal workday. Overtime will be determined at Management’s discretion based upon operational needs. Employees may not work overtime without prior Company approval except when not doing so would negatively impact a training class or operations.
