BEGINNING TEACHERS. 1. Beginning teachers shall be provided with specific teaching conditions to help them in their adjustment to teaching. The specific conditions shall include, but not be limited to a teaching assignment wherein: a. the most demanding classes are not their responsibility, and b. the number of subject preparations are kept to a minimum. 2.
