Bending test. An empty hose, at a length of approximately 3.5 m shall be able to withstand 3,000 times the hereafter prescribed alternating-bending-test without breaking. After the test the hose shall be capable of withstanding the test pressure as mentioned in paragraph 2.5.4.2. below. The test shall be performed on both new hose and after ageing according to ISO 188 as prescribed in paragraph 2.4.2.3. and subsequently to ISO 1817 as prescribed in paragraph 2.4.2.2. above.
Bending test. The test shall be performed on a sample of complete cable. The sample shall be bent around a test mandrel at room temperature for at least one complete turn. It shall then be unwound and the process shall be repeated after turning the sample around its axis 180 deg. The cycle of these operations shall then be repeated twice more, the diameter of the mandrel shall be 10(D+d) Where D= Actual Diameter of the cable (i.e. the minimum circumscribing circle diameter, mm). d= Actual diameter of the conductor In mm. No cracks visible to the naked eye are allowed
Bending test. The bending properties of welded steel in the inner vessel shall be tested in accordance with EN 910:1996.
Bending test. The test has to be carried out in compliance with the method described in standard ISO15500-17:2012
Bending test. 3.5.4.1. An empty hose, at a length of approximately 3.5 m shall be able to withstand 3,000 times the hereafter prescribed alternating-bending-test without breaking. After the test the hose shall be capable of withstanding the test pressure as mentioned in paragraph 3.5.5.2. below. Figure 3 (example only) mass propulsion mechanism
Bending test. The replacement steering wheel is exposed to a temperature of at least - 15°C ± 2°C for 16 hours. The replacement steering wheel is then mounted with its hub on a rigid shaft and the steering wheel rim is subjected to a static loading of 70 xxX ± 0.5 xxX acting perpendicular to the plane of the rim. The test loading must be applied on the rim and between two spokes that confine the greatest angle. This test may not leave any permanent deformation on the rim of the replacement steering wheel that would be greater than 8 per cent of the steering wheel diameter. There must be no signs of any cracks or fractures, which will affect the operational safety of the steering wheel.

Bending test. 3.5.4.1. An empty hose, at a length of approximately 3.5 m must be able to withstand 3,000 times the hereafter prescribed alternating-bending-test without breaking. After the test the hose must be capable of withstanding the test pressure as mentioned in paragraph 3.5.5.2. a propulsion mechanism 3.5.4.2. The testing machine (see Figure 3) shall consist of a steel frame, provided with two wooden wheels, with a rim-width of approximately 130 mm. The circumference of the wheels must be grooved for the guidance of the hose. The radius of the wheels, measured to the bottom of the groove, must be 102 mm. The longitudinal median planes of both wheels must be in the same vertical plane. The distance between the wheel-centres must be vertical 241 mm and horizontal 102 mm. Each wheel must be able to rotate freely round its pivot-centre. A propulsion mechanism pulls the hose over the wheels at a speed of four complete motions per minute. 3.5.4.3. The hose shall be S-shape-like installed over the wheels (see Figure 3). The end, that runs over the upper wheel, shall be furnished with a sufficient mass as to achieve a complete snuggling of the hose against the wheels. The part that runs over the lower wheel is attached to the propulsion mechanism. The mechanism must be so adjusted, that the hose travels a total distance of 1.2 m in both directions.

Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • Distribution Compliance Period The Purchaser agrees not to resell, pledge or transfer any Purchased Shares within the United States or to any U.S. Person, as each of those terms is defined in Regulation S, during the 40 days following the Closing Date.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Test The outer surface of the lamp lenses shall be subjected once or more than once to the action of the sand jet produced as described above. The jet shall be sprayed almost perpendicular to the surface to be tested. The deterioration shall be checked by means of one or more samples of glass placed as a reference near the lenses to be tested. The mixture shall be sprayed until the variation in the diffusion of light on the sample or samples measured by the method described in Appendix 2, is such that: Δ d = (T5 - T4) / T2 ≤ 0.0250 ± 0.0025 Several reference samples may be used to check that the whole surface to be tested has deteriorated homogeneously.

  • Stability Testing Patheon shall conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees specified in Schedule C. Patheon shall not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from the Client. In the event that any batch of Products fails stability testing, Patheon and the Client shall jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the causes of such failure, including which party shall bear the cost of such investigation, provided that Patheon shall not be liable for any such costs unless there has been a failure by it to provide the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications and cGMPs. • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.

  • Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate or to the extent such Loan bears interest based upon the Base Rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
