Benefit Retention. Laid-off employees shall retain the Company benefits package as set forth in the employee handbook for a period of six (6) months from the date of lay-off. Employees who continue to be laid-off after six (6) months will have the option of pre-paying the benefits package premium. This payment must be submitted to the Company by the affected employee(s) each month, 15 days prior to the due date of the premium as set forth by the Benefits Supplier/Administrator.

Benefit Retention. 8/11/1 The Employer agrees that employee(s) on temporary layoff under Section 1/A. will continue to earn vacation, sick leave and credits during each temporary layoff conducted by the Employer during the term of the Agreement. 8/11/2 Additionally, the Employer agrees to continue its payments for Health Insurance pursuant to Article XII, Section 5 for employee(s) on temporary layoff.
Benefit Retention. All benefits, including non-probationary and accumulated sick leave, to which a teacher was entitled at the time his/her leave of absence commenced will be restored to him/her upon his/her return.
Benefit Retention. Employees who are terminated will have the option to retain their M.S.P., E.H.B., Dental, Group Life, and A.D. & D. coverage for three (3) months from date of termination on the same cost share basis as in the Collective Agreement.
