Benefits and Rewards. We may offer you certain benefits and rewards in connection with your use of the Account. We may change, add, or delete such benefits and rewards at any time and without notice to you or any Cardholder. Arbitration Either you or we may ask to settle disputes relating to this Agreement or your Account by arbitration. Arbitration is a way of working out disputes without going to court. If you or we ask for arbitration, we would all meet with a person called an arbitrator. An arbitrator is like a referee or a judge. The arbitrator will listen to what you and we have to say. The arbitrator will decide who is right. The arbitrator’s decision is called an award. The party who wins the award can take it to any court that could have heard the dispute and get an official judgment. The specific terms and conditions under which we may arbitrate a dispute are continued in the “Arbitration” section that appears after “Interest Charges” below. Please read the rest of this section carefully. Governing Law This Agreement is made in Alabama and we extend credit to you from Alabama. This Agreement and your Account are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama (without regard to its conflict of laws principles) and by any applicable federal laws, regardless of where you reside or use the Account. Assignment At any time and without notice to you, we may assign your Account, any sums owed on your Account, this Agreement, or our rights or obligations under your Account or this Agreement to any person or entity. The person or entity to whom we make any such assignment will be entitled to all of the rights or obligations we have assigned.
Benefits and Rewards. We or Servicer may offer you the ability to participate in benefits or rewards programs from time to time. If we or Servicer do, we or Servicer will separately provide you with information and terms and conditions governing your participation in such benefits or rewards program. You may be required to accept additional terms and conditions in order to participate in a benefits or rewards program. Benefits or rewards programs offered by us or Servicer may not be available to all cardholders. We disclaim all responsibility for any losses arising from benefits or rewards provided by third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue any benefits or rewards program at any time for any reason.

  • Benefits and Vacation The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such insurance programs (health, disability or life) or such other health, dental, retirement or similar employee benefits programs as the Board may approve, on a basis comparable to that available to other officers and executive employees of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation time may be accumulated for up to one year beyond the year for which it is accrued and may be used any time during such year. Any vacation time not used during such additional year shall be forfeited. The value of any accrued but unused and unforfeited vacation time shall be paid in cash to the Executive upon termination of Executive's employment for any reason.

  • Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation IPA and HMO shall establish and implement a system for coordination of benefits and subrogation, in accordance with those rules established under the HMO's policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws. If known to IPA, IPA shall identify and inform HMO of Members for whom coordination of benefits and subrogation opportunities exist. HMO hereby authorizes IPA to seek payment, on a fee-for service basis or otherwise, from any insurance carrier, organization, or government agency which is primarily responsible for the payment or provision of medical services provided by IPA under this Agreement which can be recovered by reason of coordination of benefits, motor vehicle injury, worker's compensation, temporary disability, occupational disease, or similar exclusionary or limiting provisions, to the extent authorized by the applicable and not otherwise prohibited by law.
