Common use of Benefits During Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Benefits During Contract Period. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to all benefits granted by the Employer at the time of Union ratification and Board of Trustees approval of this Agreement, including but not limited to those expressed in this Agreement. These benefits will not be diminished during the life of this contract and any improvements in benefits will be made applicable to employees covered by this Agreement. The application and interpretation of benefits may be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Articles of this Agreement.
