Benefits During Strike or Lock-Out. ‌ In the event of a strike or lock-out, the City agrees to continue payment of applicable benefit premiums of the Local 23 members for the Medical Services Plan, Extended Health Benefit Plan, Dental Plan, Group Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Plan and Optional Additional Life Insurance premiums during the strike or lock-out and the Union agrees to reimburse the City for one hundred percent (100%) of such premium costs. The Long Term Disability premiums shall be based on the previous year's premium experience.
