BidPal's Role. (a) Software Services (this section applies only if Customer has purchased BidPal’s Software Services): Customer understands and acknowledges that BidPal uses a Third Party Processor to process credit card transactions. Customer understands and acknowledges that BidPal’s role in any payment transaction is to facilitate the processing of payments by capturing the transaction through the Giving Center web site and sending that transaction directly to the Third Party Processor for processing. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BIDPAL IS NOT INVOLVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN THE PROCESSING, APPROVAL, PAYMENT, REJECTION, OR SETTLEMENT OF ANY TRANSACTION, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY MEMBER OF THE BIDPAL GROUP BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROCESSING, APPROVAL, PAYMENT, REJECTION, OR SETTLEMENT OF ANY TRANSACTION. Fees charged by the Third Party Processor will be calculated in accordance with the schedule of fees on Addendum A to the Order Form and will be deducted by the Third Party Processor in the settlement process with the Customer. Customer acknowledges that in addition to the fees set forth on Addendum A the Third Party Processor may charge Customer additional fees to process credit card transactions and Customer shall be solely responsible for the payment of any such fees.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA ‌ The IOA is a GSA Government official who audits Contractor records and conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) to the Contractor’s place of business to assist the Contractor with task order reporting, Contract Access Fee (CAF) management, and other general contract administration functions deemed necessary by the Government.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Project Employees Project employees who have not held permanent civil service status within the job classification, will not volunteer for or be assigned overtime work outside of the project. Required overtime within a project may first be assigned to qualified employees within the project by seniority. The process for assigning the overtime will follow the procedures outlined in this Article.

  • STUDENTS AND BUSINESS APPRENTICES A student or business apprentice who is present in a Contracting State solely for the purpose of his education or training and who is, or immediately before being so present was, a resident of the other Contracting State, shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned State on payments received from outside that first-mentioned State for the purposes of his maintenance, education or training.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
