Bill Payment Fees. The fee for the bill payment service is currently waived by American Bank & Trust Company, N.A. if you are an active user utilizing this service to initiate and successfully pay at least one (1) legitimate payee every 180 days. A legitimate payee is defined as any US corporation, company, utility, or business entity with a verifiable "Tax Identification Number" or "Employer Identification Number" with an address in the United States. A private individual is NOT considered a legitimate payee for definition of the one (1) payment every 180 days minimum requirement for waiver of bill payment service fee.
Bill Payment Fees. The Bill Payment service has no fee associated with it.
(a) If you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your card, access code, username or password, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your Card without your permission.
(b) If you do NOT tell us within two (2) business days after you learn and we can prove that we could have stopped someone from using your card, access code, username or password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00.
(c) If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by card, code, or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within thirty (30)days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the thirty) days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time.

Bill Payment Fees. No charge You are responsible for any and all fees assessed by your Internet service provider, telephone or mobile device carrier. Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Internet Banking Service was used during the billing cycle.

Bill Payment Fees. Consumers: The Internet Banking and Bill Pay Services are available to our consumer customers free of charge. Business Customers: The Internet Banking and Bill Pay Services are available to our business customers free of charge. For Business Customers, additional charges may apply for services such as: ACH Origination, EFTPS, or NACHA File Imports. These fees may vary and are subject to separate agreements.

In the event that the funds are not available in your checking suffix on the date a fee is charged, we reserve the right to collect the fee from any non-IRA account on which you are listed as the Owner or Joint Owner. If we are unable to collect the monthly service fee within thirty (30) days, we may terminate your subscription to the Xxxx Xxxxx service.
Bill Payment Fees. Consumers and Business Customers: Currently there is no charge for the use of United State Bank’s Bill Pay Service. United State Bank has the option of charging for Bill Pay in the future with giving the Internet Banking Customers sufficient notice of said charges. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.
